Blew a belt 40 km past Grande Cache last weekend and had to improvise with stuff from my truck box
Was out on the trail past Grande Cache on Saturday, about 40 km from the truck, when my belt let go. Classic rookie move, I know. Had a spare but my buddy's machine lost a hose clamp and we spent two hours fixing that first. By the time we got moving again it was getting dark and we still had to limp back. What do you guys carry for trailside fixes that I'm probably missing? I've got the basics but clearly not enough.
