Double check the pull dates on canned corn, seriously
Checked a can from my pantry stash and it was 2 years past the pull date, the corn had this weird sour smell when I opened it last night. Ngl I always assumed canned stuff lasts forever, but found a USDA page saying high acid foods like tomatoes and pineapple only keep 18 months max. Has anyone else gotten sick off old canned veggies or do you just trust the dates?

Corn's low acid, pull date means taste not safety, you're good.
