Got an old man at the bus stop to try my sardine spread, he's a convert now
He watched me crack the tin and mix in some mustard packets and hot sauce, then asked for a cracker with a skeptical face. He took one bite and asked me for the recipe, which is literally just sardines, mustard, and whatever hot sauce is lying around in the pantry.

Hold on, sardines with mustard and hot sauce is a STRONG combo, but I gotta say plain sardines on a cracker wins for me every time. You gotta let the fish do the talking.
