A recruiter's side comment made me drop my 3-page resume format

She said 'nobody reads past the first screen of your most recent job' during our phone screen in Austin, so I trimmed everything to one page with bullet points and now I get past the initial filter way more often, has anyone else gotten this kind of blunt feedback?
