Found out 73% of job postings use AI to screen resumes before a human ever sees them
I stumbled on this stat from a 2024 LinkedIn survey while researching why my last 40 applications got zero replies, and now I'm wondering if I need to rewrite everything to get past the bots has anyone else dealt with this?

Turning into a weird robot audition" - that's a good way to put it @the_mia... I actually looked into that 73% number and it turns out the survey was about recruiters at big companies, not all job postings. Smaller places like my shop still read every application ourselves.
