Hit my 10 year mark at this warehouse and realized I've trained 47 different supervisors who all left for better jobs

Watching the 12th one this year walk out the door made me finally understand that my loyalty here is worth way less than a $5,000 raise somewhere else, has anyone else stayed too long at a place just because you knew the systems better than anyone?

Man, that hits hard. I'd start quietly looking around on your own time. Update your resume and LinkedIn tonight. Don't tell anyone you're looking. Once you have a solid offer in hand, you can walk in and ask for that 15k raise or give notice. You already trained their replacements for a decade. They know your value. They just hope you don't.

Yeah the ones who know the systems best are usually the ones most undervalued.
