I stopped taking every client call after 5 PM and my revenue went up 15%

I got tired of being on edge all evening and set a hard boundary, which made me way more focused during the actual workday. Anyone else find that being less available actually improved their business?

I used to think they were just a buzzword, but setting clear limits really does change everything.

exactly, once I started just saying "hey i need some time to myself after work" instead of trying to be available 24/7 it was wild how much less burned out I felt. @the_hugo nailed it, that shift from thinking boundaries were selfish to realizing they're actually necessary took me a minute too.
