I used to spend 3 hours perfecting my resume bullet points until a hiring manager told me they scan it in 12 seconds.
Figured out they mostly just look for a few keywords and your last job title, has anyone else wasted time on tiny formatting details that nobody actually reads?

it's crazy how much time we waste on stuff nobody even sees, right? like, same thing happens with my kid's school projects - i spent an hour making his science poster look perfect with stickers and borders, and the teacher just looks at the info for 20 seconds. we all think people are staring at our tiny details when they're just scanning for the big picture stuff.
