My resume got rejected by software before a human even saw it
Honestly, this automated screening is out of control. It tossed my application because I used 'managed' instead of 'led' on one line.

Look, calling it an oversimplification misses the point. The core issue isn't that complex to begin with. We're adding layers where none are needed. It's not that serious, and treating it like it is just causes more stress. Let's keep things in check. Sometimes a simple answer is all you need.
