Overheard a manager say they hire based on vibe checks over resumes at a coffee shop downtown
That caught me off guard because I spent 3 months tailoring my resume for a job at their company, so should I just focus on being more likable in interviews or is that specific manager just an outlier who doesn't represent the norm?
