Hot take: cabinet-grade plywood is worth the extra money

I used to just grab the cheap birch ply from the big box store for my cabinets. After building a set with true cabinet-grade from a local supplier near Portland, the weight difference and flatness blew me away. Anyone else notice how much less sanding the good stuff needs?

NO no the weight thing is just moisture content, not quality.
