My go-to cordless nailer gave up the ghost on a big deck job in Tacoma last Thursday.

It was a 3-year-old model I swore by. Just started dropping nails halfway through a board, then quit firing. Had to run to the supply house for a rental to finish the day. I always thought those things were built to last. Anyone have a brand that's held up for more than five years of daily use?

Three years of daily use is actually a pretty solid run for a cordless nailer.

Did you mean cordless framing nailer or finish nailer?
