Dolby B switch on my thrift store deck ate all the high end on a $2 flea market find
Bought a Tina Turner Private Dancer tape at the Rose Bowl flea market for 2 bucks, played it on my $15 Goodwill deck with Dolby B on and it sounded like it was coming through a blanket, so now I'm wondering if I should leave the switch off for pre recorded tapes or if my deck's calibration is just shot after 30 years.
