Hit 250 cassettes this morning, counting my box of blanks

My collection crossed 250 tapes when I bought a stack of 40 used blanks at a garage sale in Cleveland for 8 bucks. I never thought I'd own that many, since half my closet is still full of them from high school. Anyone else hit a number that made them stop and think about what they're actually hoarding?
