I had to choose between two decks at a garage sale in Des Moines last Saturday
I picked the Technics over the Sony because it was $25 and had a working counter, but now the belt is slipping after three plays. Has anyone else dealt with finding replacement belts for old Technics decks?

Bought a Pioneer deck at a flea market in '99 for $10, belts turned to goo within a week. Found replacements on eBay from a guy in Ohio who specialized in nothing but technics belts, took a month to arrive.
