Chainmail scrubber made me rethink my whole cleaning setup

I grabbed a cheap chainmail scrubber at a flea market in Tulsa for $8, mostly as a joke. But after using it on a crusty cornbread pan that my spatula couldn't touch, I realized my old salt-and-towel trick was just polishing the problem. Now I do a quick scrub with warm water and the mail, then a light oil wipe, and it's done in under 2 minutes. Anyone else ditch their abrasive pads after trying one of these?
