Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk at a hotel breakfast bar, wow

Stayed at this hotel outside Pittsburgh last weekend for a wedding and they had one of those big cereal dispensers. I grabbed Cinnamon Toast Crunch and honestly the milk was like GLORIOUS. It had that perfect cinnamon sugar coating but the milk was still thick enough to feel real. My buddy said it tasted like a cinnamon roll in liquid form. I tried the Froot Loops milk after and it was weirdly watery, like they used skim. Does anyone else find hotel cereal milk hits different than at home? Maybe they use some special powder or it's just the plastic cups messing with my head. What's the best cereal milk you've found outside your own kitchen?
