Dropped $120 on a high-end fish spatula and now I get why people swear by them

I've been using the same cheap turner for years and finally cracked and bought the fancy offset one everyone talks about. Got it three weeks ago and it's night and day for flipping eggs and delicate fish fillets. The thin edge slides under stuff without breaking it apart and the slots let oil drain right off. Anyone else finally give in and buy a tool you thought was overpriced but turned out worth it?

Wait isn't that just an offset spatula, not a fish spatula?

lol yeah troy, it IS basically an offset spatula but the FISH part makes people think it's some fancy specialty thing. Honestly the shape really does matter though because the long thin blade is SO much better for flipping delicate stuff without smashing it. I put it off for YEARS thinking it was just marketing hype but now I feel dumb for all those broken eggs and flaking fish I dealt with. It's one of those tools where you don't realize how bad your old one was until you try the good one.
