Hit 200 covers by myself last Saturday and I still dont know how I pulled it off

I work at this busy spot downtown and our second line cook called out sick. So the chef looked at me and said 'you got this' and just walked away. I ended up doing 200 covers solo on a 6 burner range with one fryer. Ticket times were all over the place but somehow nothing got sent back. My arms still hurt two days later. Has anyone else been thrown into the weeds like that and survived?

Oh you got this" - classic chef move, just walk away and let the fire burn. I feel your arm pain man, did a 180 cover Mother's Day brunch once and my right hand was locked in claw position for a week. Hey @sam_rivera sounds like you survived that 150 seat bomb too, what's one more ticket in the weeds am I right?
