Saw a line cook burn his arm on a flat top last Friday and it made me rethink our whole setup

I was working the pass at this place in Portland last week, and one of my guys reached over a hot flat top without a towel. He got a nasty burn right on his forearm, had to go to urgent care. Made me realize we've been too casual about where we stage towels and rags during service. Anyone else ever change their station layout after a close call like that?

Yeah I get that, @elizabetht56, but sometimes it's deeper than just needing more training. People get burned out and discouraged you know?
