That $300 induction burner died after 4 services
I bought a portable induction burner for our line last spring, cost me $300 and thought it would save us on gas. It worked great for about 5 months, then the control board fried mid-service on a busy Friday. I sent it in for repair twice, $85 each time, and it still shut down after a week. Ended up going back to a standard gas burner and it's been rock solid for 6 months. Has anyone else had better luck with a specific brand of portable induction units, or is this just the norm?
