Hit 500 sweeps this season and it hit me different

I mean, I knew I was busy but I didn't actually count until my logbook filled up. 500 is a lot of roofs in one season, especially in a small town like Mercer. Half of them were the same 3 neighborhoods too. It made me realize how many people just forget yearly cleanings until something smells off. Has anyone else tracked their numbers like this and got surprised at the total?

Got a similar shock a couple seasons back when I looked at my route sheet and saw 430 by late October. What helped me was going back through my old records and matching each job to the month. Turned out August and September carried most of the load, which made sense once I saw it on paper. After that, I started setting little caps per week, like max 25 roofs, so I didn’t burn out. Numbers like that only hit hard when you actually stop to look at them, and then you can’t unsee it.
