I think skipping red meat on Mondays is a waste of effort, and my town's trash data backs me up
I looked at what actually goes into the bin on my street in Fort Wayne for one week, and food scraps made up way more weight than any meat packaging. So I swapped my one meat-free day for a compost bucket and a trip to the drop-off site, and my trash went from 3 bags to 1. Why do we keep pushing meatless Mondays when the stuff we throw out is the bigger pile?
