That bike lane protest in Denver changed how I commute

I used to drive my pickup everywhere until I got stuck behind that climate blockade on Broadway for 45 minutes back in March. Watching those folks block traffic made me realize I was part of the problem, so I bought a used Trek for $200 and now I bike to work three days a week. Has anyone else had a protest or traffic jam actually shift how they get around?
