A job shop owner told me my chamfer callouts were lazy
I ran parts for 8 years without thinking twice about chamfer sizes. Then a customer in Toledo sent back a batch because my 0.030 chamfer looked like 0.010. He said I should always put a tolerance on chamfers, not just a dimension. Now I write +-0.005 on every chamfer and check with the gauge every 20 parts. Has anyone else had a customer force them to tighten up small details like that?

The real issue is the missing angle callout, not the size tolerance.
