A shop tour in Cleveland made me rethink my tool board layout

I visited a small job shop last month in Cleveland that runs 4 Haas mills and a lathe. The guy had all his wrenches and indicators on a pegboard right by the operator panel, not over the bench like I do. He said it cut his setup time by maybe 15 minutes a day just from not walking back and forth. I moved mine over the weekend and honestly it feels cramped at first, but I'm already faster grabbing stuff. Anyone else keep their tool board near the machine instead of the workbench?

Cramped beats walking, but wait till you smack your elbow on that pegboard mid-cycle.
