Had a run of three flawless parts yesterday and almost cried

I don't know what happened, but every single setup ran first try and each part came out within 0.002 tolerance. Usually I'm fighting chip pull or tool deflection for half the shift, but it was like the machines finally liked me. Even the coolant smelled better than normal. Has anyone else had a day where everything just clicked and you waited for the other shoe to drop?

Black magic" is the PERFECT way to describe it, @karent75, because I'm starting to think my radiator was actually a witch's cauldron in a past life. Honestly, the fact that coolant smelled good to me was probably my brain's way of trying to make the repair bill FEEL less painful. I remember sitting there after a leak, sniffing the puddle like some kind of broke mechanic zombie. It's definitely not a hobby I'd recommend picking up, but at least I know I'm not alone in this weirdness.
