Hit 10,000 parts machined on my Haas this morning...

Didn't even realize the counter was that high. The last thousand or so parts ran way smoother, especially after I started doing tool pressure checks every 50 parts. Anyone else track their machine milestones like this?

Yeah 10k is a solid milestone. Those tool pressure checks probably saved you a bunch of headache. My last machine rolled past 15k and I barely noticed until I had to change the coolant. The count just creeps up on you when everything is running right.

How often are you swapping out your tooling at that point? Curious if you're seeing any consistency in wear patterns around the 8,000 mark.
