Warning: G95 feed per rev wrecked my surface finish today
I was running a roughing pass on a 304 stainless part in my Fadal 4020 near St. Louis this morning, using G95 for the first time on this job. Everything looked fine on the screen but the part ended up with weird chatter marks that took me 45 minutes to fix. Anyone else had issues switching between G94 and G95 mid-program?

Heard a buddy swear off G95 after it tore up his toolpost pretty bad.

Used to think G95 was solid until I saw what it did to my neighbor's lathe. @elizabeth_williams your buddy's story lines up with what I've been hearing from the machinists at the local shop. Guess I was wrong about that brand, definitely rethinking my own setup now.
