Blew $80 on a coding bootcamp prep course that was just YouTube videos repackaged

I signed up for a 'Python for Beginners' crash course last month thinking it would give me structure. Turned out the instructor just copy-pasted code from free tutorials and charged me $80 for the privilege. The only new thing I got was a PDF that linked to the same YouTube channels I already watched. Anyone else get burned by one of these overpriced prep courses?

The worst part is how they market it as "exclusive content" or "industry secrets" when really it's just a playlist they curated from free stuff... I fell for one that promised "real-world projects" and it turned out to be a web scraper tutorial that was literally the first result on Google. What got me was the PDF workbook they included - it was just screenshots from the videos with the URLs typed out at the bottom. Makes you wonder if these people ever actually built anything themselves or just got good at packaging other people's work...

Yeah I used to defend those bootcamp prep things saying they helped with structure but after seeing the same free YouTube content sold for $80 I totally get the frustration now.
