Debugging a fire alarm panel with print statements? Seriously?
My partner spent a whole shift in Dallas insisting we just add more console logs to a Python script for our station's volunteer signup site, and after 4 hours we found the issue was a single comma in a config file, not the logic. Why do beginners think shouting at the terminal with print statements is better than just reading the error message first, has anyone else wasted a day on that?
