Just realized web design today is like previewing wallpaper before you paste it

I used to guess at code and reload pages to see any change. Now, live editors let beginners tweak things on the fly, which feels way more forgiving.

Wait, you had to actually reload the page every single time? That sounds brutal, lol. How did anyone get anything done back then without losing their mind? I can't even imagine coding blind like that, it must have taken forever. What was your patience level like, seriously?

Actually, it didn’t feel brutal at the time because it was just how things worked. You adapt to the tools you have, and slower feedback loops forced clearer thinking upfront.
