Ngl, old forum threads from 2009 taught me more than my bootcamp did

Found a cached Stack Overflow thread from 2009 explaining for loops through a deck of cards, and somehow that 12 year old post made closures click after my entire 14 week course couldn't, has anyone else had that moment where the old stuff just lands better?
