Rant: Stop assuming beginners will pick up debugging through magic

I saw a stat that 68% of new coders quit within the first three months and it hit me that nobody teaches you how to actually read error messages, they just throw stack traces at you like you'll figure it out - has anyone else found a tutorial that just focuses on that one skill?
