The 10-minute debug that flipped my opinion on rubber ducking

I always thought talking to a rubber duck was the dorkiest thing in programming, but last Tuesday I spent 3 hours stuck on a loop error. I finally explained my code out loud to my monitor and spotted the typo in under 10 minutes. Has anyone else found that vocalizing the problem works way better than just staring at it?
