Barista at a local shop finally admitted my espresso pull looked good

I've been working on my home setup for about 8 months now. This morning I brought in a shot I pulled on my Gaggia Classic to a coffee spot downtown. The lady behind the counter tasted it and said "hey, this actually has decent crema and the balance is there." It was just a random Tuesday but it felt like a real win. Has anyone else had a pro give them a nod like that?

Did she happen to pull your shot on her machine or just taste it from your thermos? The crema usually settles fast in a cup, so if she saw it fresh that's a totally different story than if it was from a to-go mug.
