Vent: Stop using wet notes on dives deeper than 100 feet

I used to write my decompression stops on wet notes with a standard pencil. On a job off the coast of Louisiana last summer, I hit 110 feet and my whole slate was unreadable. The water pressure smeared the graphite and the paper turned to mush. Now I only use a hard slate with a carbide scribe and plastic dive slates. Has anyone else had a pencil fail on them at depth like that?
