Cleaned a dusty office PC with an air compressor set to 80 PSI and the CPU fan started making a grinding noise.

Honestly that's probably fine. Tbh fans make weird noises all the time after you blow them out. It might just be a bit of dust stuck in the bearing that'll work itself loose. I've had that happen and the sound went away after a day or two. Unless it's getting louder or the PC is overheating, I wouldn't even open it back up.
