Forgot to plug in the CMOS fan header on a custom build Friday night
I was at a client's house in Austin putting together a gaming rig and after booting it up, the CPU temp shot to 95C in under a minute. Turns out I zoned out and left the CPU cooler fan unplugged ( rookie move, I know ). Has anyone else had a panic moment like that from a simple oversight during a build?

CMOS is the motherboard battery not the fan header.
