Had a customer last week insist their PC was broken because the power button didn't light up anymore

Turns out they plugged the monitor into the motherboard instead of the GPU and I fixed it in 10 seconds but they still argued with me for 20 minutes about why I was wrong.

omg right? i swear people will fight you on something they clearly don't understand just to save face or whatever. i had a guy yell at me for an hour because his wifi was slow and it turned out he was using a router from 2004 lol.
