Walking through a client's office in Phoenix and saw their server closet
The cable management was so bad it looked like a black spaghetti monster took a nap in there. I spent an extra hour just labeling and routing before I could even start the actual network upgrade. How do you guys handle a client who clearly hasn't had any maintenance done in a decade?

Honestly, I've made a few spaghetti monsters myself back in the day. We all learn the hard way after tracing one cable for an hour. Now I just build the cleanup time into the initial quote.
