Dropped $340 on a screed I used twice, want to save somebody else the pain
Bought a magnesium screed last month for a 40x60 shop pour in Council Bluffs thinking it would speed up the strike off, and it sat in my trailer for three weeks after. Turns out my old wooden 2x4 did the same job on that flatwork and I just ate the cost on a tool I didn't need. Anybody else buy something for a pour and end up going back to what they always used?

Council Bluffs pours and fancy screeds don't mix, mine's collecting dust too. Should've just kept the 2x4 and spent that $340 on beer.
