Never believed the hype about polyurea joint filler on warehouse slabs in Odessa, then it outlasted our epoxy by 2 years
Crew I know poured a 40,000 sq ft warehouse floor back in 2021 and the epoxy joints were chipping within 8 months while the polyurea ones in the same building still look new, so now I'm wondering what other materials I've been writing off just because they cost more upfront.

Penny wise pound foolish is real in concrete work. Cheap upfront just means you're paying again in two years.
