Saw a crew in Boise using a power trowel on a slab that looked way too wet

They were leaving deep ruts and I'm pretty sure that surface is going to craze badly. When do you all think is the right time to bring the machine on?

That kind of timing makes you wonder if someone was trying to hide something important. The whole thing feels like it was put together to mislead people on purpose.
