The 3 day cure debate, I stopped following the textbook
Everyone in this trade pushes the 28 day cure like it's gospel, but I started finishing patios for a guy in Salem who needed it walkable in 5 days. I switched to a polycarboxylate mix with a hard trowel after the first pour, no cracking in 2 years since. Has anyone else bent the cure rules for a homeowner's deadline and regretted it later?
