The difference between a $40 bull float and a $150 one is a whole lot more than just money

I used a cheap one from the local hardware store on a garage floor job three months ago. The handle wobbled after two pours and left tiny chatter marks. Switched to a Marshalltown Pro-Float for a patio last week and the finish was glass smooth with half the effort. It's not just a tool, it's the whole job. Anyone else find that a good float saves your back and your finish?

What brand was the cheap one you started with?

I get the "whole job" idea, but my cheap one from the same place as @knight.xena is asking about has held up fine for my garage and a walkway.
