Honestly that's just survival mode parenting. @cameron_sullivan71 has a point about adapting, but it's more like learning a whole new skill set under pressure. You get weirdly good at breaking big tasks into tiny, doable chunks during those small windows of quiet. It forces a kind of focus you didn't know you had.
