Wasted $400 on a fancy concrete sealer that peeled off in 6 months
Bought that high-end silicate sealer from a supply house in Denver, and now I'm stripping it off a garage floor that looks worse than when I started. Has anyone else had luck with plain old acrylic sealer instead?

Did you check if your concrete was actually cured long enough before applying that silicate sealer? A lot of guys skip that step and then blame the product, but fresh concrete takes months to fully dry out. Season and humidity matter way more than the brand name on the can.
