Hit 500 discovery requests in one case, never again
I landed at 500 total discovery requests on a single contract dispute in Phoenix, mostly because opposing counsel kept objecting to everything with boilerplate language. We spent 11 weeks just on privilege logs before the judge finally stepped in. Anyone else hit a request count that made them rethink their document strategy?
