Our firm tried two ways to handle a big document review and the cost difference was huge

We had a case with about 200,000 emails to go through. First, we tried having three junior associates do it manually, which took them almost three weeks and racked up over 120 billable hours. Then, for a similar case, we used a proper e-discovery platform with keyword filters and date ranges. That cut the review time down to four days and about 40 hours total. The tech approach was just way faster and more accurate, saving the client a ton of money. Has anyone else switched from manual review to a software tool and seen similar savings?

That's not just faster, it's cheaper too.

Nice! I had the same thing happen when I switched to a prepaid phone plan, @thomas_roberts. My bill got cut in half and the data speed actually improved. It felt like finding money in an old coat pocket.
